Frequently Asked Questions
Text Length?
You can add up to 400 characters to your artwork. We will send drafts for you to approve before production. If it looks too crowded or too empty, you can request changes. Nothing will be produced until we have approval from you
Image Change?
Once you have placed your order, our artists will check the details and send a confirmation email. If you would like to change your primary image, please send us the new image ASAP (within 12 hours of the order) as we aim to delivery your artwork within 24 hrs of your order.
What are digital files?
If you have ordered a digital file of your order, this means you will receive a JPG and PDF file of your order that you can print and frame on your end. The files can be printed at a good printing shop i.e. Officeworks, Vista or even at home
How do I request specific Backgrounds and Fonts?
We have a selection of backgrounds and fonts you can choose from. However, if you require a specific color or font, please email us and we will be able to accommodate you.
Can you put together multiple images to create one artwork?
Yes, we can create 1 artwork from up to 3 images! If your order contains heavy customisation then please email us at hello@newagewalls.com before placing the order. We will be able to tell you if customisation is possible for your request.

Digital file - this is sent to you by email, so that you can print it out at home or at a local print shop. Any size can be arranged.
Delivery
What will my order include?
Digital Files - Your order will include a PDF and JPG print-ready file in the size you have asked for. These files are ready to be printed and framed on your end
Current Turnaround Time
- Current custom work turn-around is 1-2 business days for the first draft.
- After the first proof is sent, you will have the opportunity to request any changes to the design.
- After your proof is approved, we package the order and send via email
