Deadlines for Christmas Gifts

Please note: the cut-off date to receive digital Christmas portraits is until the 15th of December 2023. 

Can you believe Christmas is already around the corner? Have you started thinking about gifts yet? Get something special created for your family this Christmas and let us create a  family portrait for you! In celebration of the festivities we are introducing GOLD and SILVER Frames for all custom portraits! 

• Personalised gifts for Christmas are custom-framed portraits of your favorite moments together with text of your choice and a background that best suits your artwork. It will be based on your photo(s). You can upload upto three photos to create one artwork.
  
• Australia Made. Our artists are based in Australia. Our custom artwork is printed & framed in our labs all over the world to make sure your order reaches you on time.
• Free proof. Preview your artwork and request changes before production. 
• Edits included. Need us to combine multiple photos or have something changed? Let us know in the text box below or email us on hello@newagewalls.com and our artists will confirm the possibility of achieving the changes.
• Choose your Background and text. We will send 5 backgrounds and fonts for you to choose from that suit the artwork best

What makes a good artwork?

Clear Photos

Please ensure you are uploading clear, high-resolution photos. The photos must be in color to ensure the artwork is in color. Black and white images cannot be turned into color. 

Avoid overexposed photos

Please avoid uploading over-exposed (too light or too dark) photos as we may not be able to restore your natural hair and skin color. 

Correctly positioned

Make sure faces are not cropped out in the images,

Delivery 

If you have purchase a digital file only - this will be sent to you via email in the ready-to-print format so it's easy for you to print at the local printers

Refunds/Cancelations 

For more information on our refund policy, please visit our refund policy page. Orders can be cancelled as long as our artists haven't sent through the first drafts yet. Orders cannot be cancelled after the couple wedding artwork is made.
