How long does it take to create drafts?

After we receive your order the drafts are created within 1-2 business days!

Text Length?

You can add up to 400 characters to your phone case. We will send drafts for you to approve before production. If it looks too crowded or too empty, you can request changes. Nothing will be produced until we have approval from you

Image Change?

Once you have placed your order, our artists will check the details and send a confirmation email. If you would like to change your primary image, please send us the new image ASAP (within 12 hours of the order) as we aim to delivery your artwork within 24 hrs of your order.

What type of pets can you illustrate on my phone case?

We love all pets and can illustrate any of them from fish to pups!

How many pets can I have on one phone case?

We can add up to 5 pets on one phone case. Select 5 under 'Number of Pets' and Upload all images with your order. We will send a confirmation of order before we get started on the artwork

How do I request specific Backgrounds and Fonts

We have a selection of backgrounds and fonts you can choose from. However, if you require a specific color or font, please email us or start a chat and we will be able to accommodate you for no extra charge.
