Congratulations, you have just landed at a shop that will create the perfect custom wedding portrait gift from your preferred photo/s digitally by hand. Each of our custom wedding portraits are given individual time and created with you in mind. You can ask our artists to include details that are important to you in the wedding artwork and we will make sure we include as best as possible.

Clear Photos
Please ensure you are uploading clear, high-resolution photos.
Avoid overexposed photos
Please avoid uploading over-exposed (too light or too dark) photos as we may not be able to restore your natural hair and skin color.
Correctly positioned
Make sure faces are not cropped out in the images.
Refunds/Cancelations
For more information on our refund policy, please visit our refund policy page. Orders can be canceled as long as our artists haven't sent through the first drafts yet. Orders cannot be canceled after the couple wedding artwork is made.

Paper details
Artwork will be printed on enhanced matte paper, thick and durable for the longevity of your artwork and will be carefully installed into a premium wooden frame with an acrylic glass.

How long does it take to create drafts?
After we receive your order the drafts are created within 1-2 business days!
How do I choose background?
We create 5 background and font combinations that best suit your artwork and send them to you before we produce your order. You let us know which draft you like best via email!
Can you put together multiple images to create one artwork?
Yes, we can create 1 artwork from up to 6 images! If your order contains heavy customisation then please email us at hello@newagewalls.com before placing the order. We will be able to tell you if customisation is possible for your request.

- Print + Frames - Sizes available are A4, A3 and A2 in Black, White and Natural Timber. After final drafts are confirmed, production will take 2-3 days and your wedding portrait will be carefully packed and express-shipped to you.
- Art prints are produced within 1-2 days and once dispatched, will be express shipped to you
